No Sleeping Pills Again, Never Lose Sleep Again!
What You Will Need:
- Organic banana 1.
Water 2 cup.
Cinnamon- a pinch.
1. Take 1 organic banana and cut off its both ends.
2. Add 2 cup of water to the banana with peel and boil it no low flame.
3. Allow it to boil for 10 minutes and using colander get the water into a mug.
4. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon to enhance the taste of tea.
5. Drink the banana tea 1 hour before the bedtime every night.
Just to mention that you can also eat the boiled banana as it tastes really yummy with a pinch of cinnamon on it!
